As well as maneuvering schedules with homeowners agent so we could see houses at last minute since we were 4 hour drive away. We moved from out of state and he made it totally workable!! One of the really cool things that stuck out to use with Mark is that he worked with my husband's work so if you are using relocation services, he is qualified with Cartus and he also worked with Solar turbines in a previous line of work and has a good moral code of conduct. We heard about him through Dave Ramsey agents, out of all of the referrals, Mark stuck out the most for us personally. Mark always came prepared with drinks and a great sense of humor when the day starts to feel long. Very careful not to show too many houses so we didn't get overwhelmed and always would throw in a unique house for us to see that was still well within our budget and taste. I looked up Mark on google and found 20 something 5 star reviews and felt like fate had put me in contact with him so we proceeded looking at homes with Mark and used him exclusively as our realtor. We found a house that worked for us, mark sudjested making a very aggressive offer with the seller paying all the closing cost among additional cost associated with Lotawana. The seller then countered us back and we agreed on that price. During closing Mark used his people to do the inspections and man did it pay off, his roofing inspector found hail damage and he successfully negotiated for us to get a brand new roof that we paid $0.00 for. The lender he recommended got us a 3.0% rate on the loan and negotiated servicing the HVAC unit and installing bait stations for termites. I have never heard of a realtor getting a buyer so much during closing. Mark is the man, and if I ever buy another house again, I will be using Mark!

We got the house on the market very quickly & the day of showing- was really a half day... & we had two offers right away. Both offers were are first two showings. I not only out of the house quickly, but I wasn’t under or broke even with costs. I was over & used that money for a different home. Very professional, great personality and we could tell he would be easy to deal with in stressful situations. He was really good at making sure he gave us his professional opinion when it came to pricing our home, how to advertise and when to make crucial moves that could effect the outcome of how quickly we could sell our home with the most gain and his judgement worked out to our advantage. When it came to daily interaction with Mark we could call him pretty much at all hours and he would respond quickly making sure our questions were answered or any concerns were handled. In fact several months after the sale of our home our home warranty company ran into some financial issues and were not able to give us the proper service and Mark stepped in a found us an even better company than what the seller had provided to us. Overall he did a great job selling our home. He also found our current home in an area where we had dreamed of living for a long time once our kids moved out and it went without an issue and we ended up getting more out of the house than we had planned during negotiations.
